The Mackinac Bridge is one of my favorite subjects to photograph so it is my pick for my first entry. The two places that I get my best pictures are at the bridge view park and the lakeside cemetery, you can see them marked on this google map.
Both areas are open but please be respectful in the cemetery. The bridge view park is closed to car traffic during the winter but you still can walk down to the water. I hope you have found this helpful if so leave a comment. If you would like to add your own spot please read the guidelines for submission and by all means drop me a line.
Some examples of my finished images from these locations can be found here on my photoblog with some of my other bridge pictures.
